Chravel+ Membership Terms
Chravel+ is a paid membership that provides the benefits described on the applicable membership offer and checkout page.
Pricing and billing
The price, billing frequency, applicable taxes, included benefits, renewal date, and any introductory offer will be displayed before enrollment. The price and billing terms presented at enrollment form part of your membership agreement.
Where a membership renews automatically, you authorize the disclosed recurring charge until you cancel or the membership otherwise ends.
Cancellation
You may cancel using the cancellation method provided in your account or by contacting hello@chravel.co if account cancellation is unavailable.
Unless applicable law or the offer terms provide otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed billing period. Any statutory withdrawal, cooling-off, or refund rights remain unaffected.
We will provide confirmation of cancellation where reasonably practicable. If a cancellation request cannot be processed immediately, contact hello@chravel.co for assistance.
Benefits and eligibility
Membership benefits may depend on the Supplier, destination, travel dates, inventory, booking type, minimum spend, and other conditions disclosed with the relevant benefit.
Chravel+ does not guarantee that every booking will qualify for a discount, credit, upgrade, or other perk. Benefits cannot be combined unless the applicable offer permits it.
Changes and termination
We may change future membership offers and benefits with notice where required. Changes will not unlawfully remove benefits already purchased or override mandatory consumer rights.
We may suspend or terminate a membership for fraud, abuse, non-payment, or a material violation of applicable terms, subject to law and any outstanding rights.
Membership cancellation does not automatically cancel existing travel reservations. Bookings must be cancelled separately under the applicable booking conditions.
