CHRAVEL TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: October 9, 2026
Last Updated: October 9, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Chravel, including our website at https://chravel.co, applications, AI-powered travel planning features, booking services, memberships, promotional credits, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by Doorstep Labs LLC, a Montana limited liability company, with its business address at 1001 S. Main St., Ste. 500, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States (“Chravel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or making a booking through Chravel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who May Use Chravel
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you to use the Services and make purchases.
If you use Chravel on behalf of another person, a group, or an organization, you represent that you have authority to act on their behalf and accept these Terms where applicable.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that all travelers included in a booking satisfy applicable age, identity, visa, entry, and other travel requirements.
The Services are intended for use in markets where they may lawfully be offered. Availability, features, payment methods, suppliers, and legal rights may vary by country. We may restrict or suspend access in a market where required by law or where we cannot lawfully or operationally provide the relevant service.
2. What Chravel Does
Chravel provides an AI-powered travel platform intended to help users discover, plan, organize, compare, and book travel-related services. Depending on availability, the Services may include:
AI-assisted trip planning and itinerary creation.
Flight, accommodation, transportation, activity, event, and other travel-service discovery.
Booking and order management.
Combined itineraries and trips containing multiple travel components.
Chravel+ membership benefits.
Chravel Credits and related promotional offers.
Travel recommendations, notifications, and customer support.
Not every service or feature is available in every location or for every trip.
2.1 Chravel's role in travel bookings
Chravel may act as an intermediary, booking facilitator, reseller, contracting party, package organizer, or another legally recognized role, depending on the specific transaction and applicable law.
The role Chravel performs for a particular purchase, the identity of the relevant supplier, the contracting parties, and the applicable booking terms must be disclosed during the booking process or in the applicable confirmation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the supplier providing a flight, accommodation, activity, transportation service, or other travel component is responsible for delivering that service under its applicable terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that applicable law imposes directly on Chravel, including any responsibilities that may apply to package travel, combined travel arrangements, refunds, consumer protection, or the performance of services.
2.2 Separate bookings and combined trips
Chravel may offer individual bookings or a trip combining multiple services. A combined itinerary does not automatically mean that all components form a legally recognized package, nor does calling an itinerary a “trip” determine its legal classification.
Where applicable law treats a purchase as a package, linked travel arrangement, or another regulated travel product, the mandatory disclosures, protections, financial safeguards, cancellation rights, and responsibilities required by that law apply.
We will provide any required information and protections for transactions to which those rules apply.
3. Accounts and Account Security
Some features require an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Keep your account and traveler details updated.
Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law. You must not share access in a way that compromises security or violates these Terms.
We may require verification or additional information where reasonably necessary for account security, fraud prevention, payment processing, booking fulfillment, or legal compliance.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
4. AI-Powered Features and Travel Recommendations
Chravel uses artificial intelligence to help interpret requests, generate itineraries, compare options, answer questions, and assist with travel planning.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your particular circumstances. Travel inventory, prices, schedules, entry requirements, weather, events, and supplier policies can change quickly.
You are responsible for reviewing material details before purchasing or traveling, including:
Passenger names and traveler details.
Dates, destinations, times, and time zones.
Prices, taxes, fees, and payment amounts.
Baggage allowances, accommodation conditions, and cancellation terms.
Passport, visa, vaccination, health, and entry requirements.
Accessibility needs, safety restrictions, and other travel constraints.
Chravel is not a substitute for official government information, qualified legal or medical advice, or confirmation directly from a supplier where that confirmation is necessary.
We do not guarantee that an AI-generated itinerary is feasible, that every recommendation is available, or that a suggested combination can be booked.
4.1 AI actions and purchases
An AI conversation, itinerary, recommendation, or draft does not by itself constitute a completed booking.
A purchase is made only through the applicable booking or checkout process and after the required confirmations and authorizations have been obtained. We will not treat a conversation alone as authorization to charge you unless you have separately provided valid authorization through an applicable purchasing feature.
You are responsible for reviewing the transaction details and granting any required payment authorization before a purchase is submitted.
4.2 Information supplied to AI providers
Information you submit to AI features may be processed by our AI service providers to generate responses and provide the requested functionality. Our Privacy Policy explains the relevant processing and service providers.
Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in prompts.
5. Travel Suppliers, Availability, and Booking Confirmations
Travel services may be provided by airlines, hotels, accommodation operators, transport providers, activity operators, ticketing companies, and other third parties (“Suppliers”).
Supplier inventory, schedules, restrictions, prices, and policies may change without notice.
A search result, recommendation, displayed price, draft itinerary, or proposed combination is not a guarantee of availability or a confirmed reservation.
A booking is confirmed only when the applicable booking process has been completed and a confirmation has been issued, subject to the relevant Supplier's requirements. If a Supplier rejects, fails to confirm, or cannot fulfill a requested booking, we will communicate the status and any applicable next steps.
You must review the confirmation and contact us promptly if material booking details appear incorrect.
5.1 Supplier terms
Supplier-specific terms may apply to each component of your trip, including:
Check-in and check-out requirements.
Passenger and identification requirements.
Baggage allowances.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds.
No-show policies.
Deposits and security holds.
Conduct, age, and eligibility restrictions.
Activity-specific safety rules.
You agree to comply with the applicable Supplier terms disclosed to you before purchase or included in your booking confirmation.
If Supplier terms conflict with these Terms, the Supplier terms govern the Supplier's service-specific conditions to the extent applicable, while these Terms govern your use of Chravel. Mandatory legal rights take precedence over conflicting contractual provisions.
6. Prices, Taxes, Fees, and Payments
Prices and charges will be displayed during the booking or checkout process. Depending on the transaction, amounts may include or exclude taxes, Supplier fees, service fees, baggage charges, resort fees, deposits, currency-conversion costs, or other amounts.
Before you complete a purchase, review the total payable amount, currency, included services, additional charges disclosed to you, and applicable cancellation terms.
Where legally required, we will disclose mandatory charges and the total price before you commit to the transaction.
6.1 Currency and price changes
Displayed prices may depend on availability, Supplier inventory, currency exchange rates, taxes, fees, and the time of booking.
A price shown during search or planning is not guaranteed until the applicable booking has been confirmed, subject to mandatory pricing and consumer-protection laws.
We may correct an evident pricing or technical error before a transaction is completed. If an error is discovered after a booking has been accepted, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law and the relevant booking terms. We will not use this clause to disregard mandatory consumer rights.
6.2 Payment processing
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider made available for a transaction. Your payment may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of that provider.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment method you select for the amount disclosed and authorized at checkout.
You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We may use payment verification, fraud-prevention, and security measures, which can include requiring additional authentication.
Chravel may not receive or store your complete payment-card details where those details are handled directly by a payment provider. Payment and transaction information may nevertheless be processed or retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
6.3 Failed or disputed payments
If payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, the relevant booking may be delayed, rejected, canceled, or otherwise handled under the applicable booking terms and law.
You agree to contact us promptly about an incorrect charge so we can investigate. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any non-waivable rights available through your payment provider or under applicable law.
7. Changes, Cancellations, Refunds, and Disruptions
Cancellation, modification, and refund rights depend on the purchased service, Supplier terms, the transaction structure, and applicable law.
Before purchasing, review the cancellation and refund conditions shown during checkout or in the booking confirmation.
7.1 Supplier-managed refunds
Where a Supplier controls the cancellation or refund decision and the law permits that arrangement, the Supplier's applicable rules may determine whether a refund is available and its amount.
Chravel may assist with submitting, communicating, or tracking a cancellation or refund request. We do not guarantee a refund that is not available under the applicable booking conditions or law.
However, a Supplier's policy does not remove any refund, compensation, assistance, or other legal obligation that applicable law places directly on Chravel.
7.2 Requests and processing
Where a booking can be canceled or changed through Chravel, use the cancellation or change method provided in your account or booking details. If no suitable method is available, contact hello@chravel.co.
Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to change fees, deadlines, or Supplier approval. Refunds, when approved, may take additional time to process through the relevant Supplier, payment provider, or financial institution.
We will communicate material updates where reasonably practicable.
7.3 Supplier cancellations and travel disruptions
If a Supplier cancels, changes, or cannot provide a service, the available remedies depend on the Supplier terms, the booking structure, and applicable law.
For significant disruptions, contact Chravel using the support details in your booking confirmation. You may also need to contact the Supplier directly.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights concerning flight disruptions, package travel, accommodation, transportation, refunds, or other regulated services.
7.4 No-shows and unused services
If you fail to arrive, check in, or use a service, the Supplier's applicable no-show and cancellation rules may apply, subject to mandatory law.
8. Chravel+ Membership
Chravel+ is a paid membership program that may provide eligible benefits, offers, or other features.
The specific benefits, price, billing frequency, taxes, introductory offers, renewal date, eligibility restrictions, and other material terms will be presented during enrollment or in the applicable offer terms. Those disclosures form part of your agreement for the membership.
8.1 Billing and renewal
If a membership is offered on an automatically renewing basis, you authorize the applicable recurring charges at the price and frequency disclosed during enrollment until you cancel or the membership otherwise ends.
We will provide any renewal disclosures, consent, reminders, or notices required by applicable law.
8.2 Cancellation
You may cancel using the cancellation method provided in your account or membership settings. If that method is unavailable, contact hello@chravel.co.
Unless applicable law or the membership offer provides otherwise, cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed billing period. Any refund or cancellation right required by law remains available.
8.3 Membership benefits
Benefits may depend on Supplier participation, destination, dates, inventory, booking type, eligibility, and other disclosed conditions. We do not guarantee that a particular discount, benefit, or offer will be available for every booking.
We may change future membership features or offers with appropriate notice. We will honor benefits already purchased or promised to the extent required by the applicable offer and law.
Membership benefits cannot be used in a fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized manner.
9. Chravel Credits and Wallet
Chravel may offer promotional credits (“Chravel Credits”) through eligible bookings, membership benefits, referrals, promotions, or other disclosed offers.
The wallet interface may display your credit balance and related transactions. It is intended to manage eligible promotional credits and is not represented as a bank account, deposit account, or general-purpose payment account.
9.1 Earning credits
Each credit offer will specify the applicable earning rules, eligibility, qualifying transaction, credit amount or calculation, and any relevant conditions.
Credits are not earned merely by searching for travel, generating an itinerary, or viewing a recommendation unless an offer expressly says otherwise.
Credits may be subject to verification, settlement, cancellation, refund, fraud-prevention, or other qualifying conditions disclosed in the applicable offer.
9.2 Redeeming credits
Credits may be redeemed only for eligible purchases and through the checkout methods that expressly support them. The checkout will show the credits applied and the remaining amount payable before you confirm the purchase.
Credits may not be combined with every promotion, Supplier, booking type, or payment method.
9.3 Expiration, reversal, and refunds
The applicable offer will disclose any expiration date, use restrictions, or other material limitations. If no expiration is disclosed, Chravel will not impose an undisclosed expiration on those credits, except where required or permitted by applicable law and appropriately disclosed.
If a qualifying booking is canceled, refunded, reversed, or found to be ineligible, credits associated with that transaction may be reversed where the offer terms disclose that possibility and applicable law permits it.
If credits were redeemed on a booking that is later canceled or refunded, their treatment will follow the applicable offer and booking terms, subject to mandatory legal rights.
We will not arbitrarily remove valid credits. We may correct errors, reverse fraudulent or duplicate awards, or make adjustments necessary to comply with law, provided we do so consistently with applicable legal requirements.
9.4 No cash value or transfer
Unless an offer or applicable law expressly provides otherwise, Chravel Credits are promotional benefits, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred.
Nothing in this section limits a right to a cash refund or other remedy that applicable law requires.
9.5 Changes to the program
We may change future earning opportunities, eligible purchases, or promotional offers with appropriate notice. We will not use a program change to unlawfully invalidate credits already earned or remove a mandatory consumer right.
We may suspend or close a credit account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security concerns, or legal compliance, subject to applicable law and appropriate review.
10. Promotions, Referrals, and Offers
Promotional offers may have additional eligibility requirements, deadlines, usage limits, geographic restrictions, or other terms.
Unless the offer says otherwise, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash, may not be combined with other offers, and may be limited to one use per eligible person, account, booking, or household.
We may correct a promotional error or withdraw an offer where permitted by law. We will honor completed transactions and enforceable promotional commitments in accordance with applicable law.
11. Acceptable Use
You must not:
Use the Services for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose.
Make a booking using false identity, payment, or traveler information.
Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Services.
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data in violation of applicable law or reasonable technical restrictions.
Reverse engineer or circumvent security measures except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law.
Upload malware or other harmful code.
Abuse promotions, credits, referrals, membership benefits, or payment disputes.
Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
Use the Services to harass, threaten, or harm others.
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including restricting access, canceling affected transactions where legally permitted, or reporting conduct to relevant authorities.
12. User Content and Feedback
You may provide prompts, preferences, reviews, messages, travel details, feedback, or other content through the Services (“User Content”).
You retain any rights you have in your User Content. You grant Chravel a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Services, provide requested AI functionality, handle support requests, and comply with law.
This license does not grant us ownership of your content. Personal information remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content and that its submission and our permitted use will not violate law or another person's rights.
If you send suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve our Services without compensation or obligation to you, except where prohibited by law.
13. Intellectual Property
Chravel and its licensors own or control the Services, including the software, branding, design, interfaces, text, graphics, and other materials, except for third-party content and rights belonging to others.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for personal or otherwise expressly authorized purposes.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or exploit the Services or our intellectual property except as expressly permitted by us or by law.
Third-party names, logos, content, and Supplier information may be owned by their respective rights holders. Their appearance on Chravel does not necessarily imply endorsement or affiliation.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may rely on or link to third-party products, platforms, websites, payment providers, AI providers, and Suppliers.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control every third-party service and are not responsible for its independent operation, content, or policies, except to the extent responsibility is imposed on Chravel by applicable law.
Our use of third-party providers to deliver the Services does not eliminate our own legal obligations to you.
15. Privacy
Our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information are described in the Chravel Privacy Policy, available at https://chravel.co.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information will be processed as described in that Policy and as permitted by applicable law. Where consent is legally required, we will seek it separately.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every recommendation, itinerary, price, Supplier, or travel component will be available or suitable for you.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated information is accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for every traveler.
Except for express commitments made by Chravel and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, we disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a guarantee, warranty, remedy, duty, or right that applicable law prohibits us from excluding.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chravel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or lost data arising from your use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chravel's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
The amount you paid directly to Chravel for the relevant Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
One hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including any liability that applicable consumer-protection law makes non-waivable. It does not reduce any mandatory remedy available to you for a booking or travel service.
Nothing in this section determines or limits a Supplier's independent liability for its services.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chravel and its officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Chravel's own negligence, misconduct, breach, or other conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
19. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion through the available account controls or by contacting hello@chravel.co.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, security risks, legal requirements, non-payment, or discontinuation of a feature or service.
Where practicable and legally appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. We will handle existing bookings, refunds, memberships, credits, and personal information according to the applicable transaction terms, our Privacy Policy, and law.
Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights that arose before termination or provisions that by their nature must continue to apply.
20. Changes to the Services or These Terms
We may modify the Services as they evolve. We may also update these Terms to reflect changes in our operations, features, legal requirements, or business practices.
We will post the updated Terms and revise the “Last Updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice or obtain renewed consent where required by law.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued or alter a completed transaction in a way prohibited by law.
If you do not agree to a material change, you should stop using the affected Services. Any continuing membership, booking, or other contractual relationship remains subject to its applicable cancellation and legal rights.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent that mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply and cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any dispute concerning these Terms will be handled by a court with competent jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights concerning the courts in which a claim may be brought.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising a mandatory right to bring proceedings in their country of residence or another forum where applicable law permits.
Before commencing proceedings, you may contact hello@chravel.co to attempt to resolve the issue informally. This does not suspend or shorten any mandatory legal deadline unless applicable law permits it and the parties validly agree.
22. General Provisions
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with applicable booking conditions, membership disclosures, promotional terms, and policies incorporated into a transaction, form the agreement governing your use of the relevant Services.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply, subject to applicable law.
No waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise. We may transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of relevant assets, subject to applicable law.
Force majeure. To the extent permitted by law, Chravel is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. This provision does not remove mandatory consumer rights or excuse obligations that applicable law requires us to perform.
No third-party beneficiaries. Except where a provision expressly states otherwise or applicable law provides otherwise, these Terms do not create third-party beneficiary rights.
Language. If these Terms are translated, the governing version will be identified where legally required. No translation will reduce mandatory rights under applicable law.
